The Re-Entry Program for Strategy is a 14-week fellowship program, beginning March, 2019 and ending June, 2019, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years voluntarily being away. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Strategy Organization. This unique program offers Vice Presidents and above (or equivalent), who left the workforce and are looking to return, the support and resources needed to resume their careers. The ReEntry Program also provides you with opportunities for networking and mentorship. The Core Strategy Groups supports all JPMC lines of business and staff areas on a project basis, addressing topics at the top of senior management agendas. Projects include developing growth strategies, assessing and planning market entry, and managing cross-line of business initiatives. Projects are typically team-based and include heavy interaction and collaboration with senior executives across the Firm. Our focused group of professionals comes directly from top strategy consulting firms, other internal JPMorgan Chase groups and leading undergraduate and graduate programs. The JPMorgan Chase Strategy & Process Improvement (S&PI) teams are dedicated, internal consulting groups that focus on “big picture” high impact work. They partner with business, operational, and support functions to drive operating and bottom-line improvements across our global organization. As part of an S&PI team, you will be an integral part of driving diverse projects that influence the way our businesses are run. You’ll provide strategic advice to senior management through fact-based diagnostic analysis strategic recommendations for future state design, and guidance on prioritized approach to implement them. This combination of high caliber strategic advice and an eye on measurable immediate results differentiate us from both external consulting firms and other strategy groups at JPMorgan Chase.
