Riveron is looking for an Executive Managing Director to manage and grow our Atlanta office.

The key objectives and responsibilities for this role are:

  • Value Creation: Drive profitable growth and achieve target ROI through outstanding service delivery to customers and high-quality market leadership.

  • Close existing gaps in marketing, sales and service. Create an operational excellence culture and move beyond reactive service to anticipating customer needs

  • Strategic Operational Leadership: Develop winning competitive strategy for the organic growth of the company, identification of profitable organic growth strategies, and targeted plans for operational improvement and margin expansion.

  • Work in collaboration with broader executive team: Executive Team (COO, CGO, CPO, CFO) and other Executive Managing Directors (National Service Line Leaders, Geography Leaders, and National Sales Leader) Sales and Marketing: Manage the sales pipeline to drive outstanding consistent sales results.

  • Develop and drive effective, innovative marketing strategies to enable sales and enhance value proposition. Lead the development of targeted and incremental product and service offerings and enhancements.

  • Oversee business development efforts in tandem with National Sales Leader.

  • Independently drive business development efforts via personal network Client Relationship Building: effective ambassador for the company with customers and with all external and internal stakeholders, prospects and influencers.

  • Serve as a market maker in an outsourced services enterprise. Lead local public relations, marketing, event participation / sponsorship and brand building efforts

  • Operational Leadership: delivering high-quality, service to customers that drives client satisfaction and retention; drive continuous improvement of processes through intelligent use of metrics and analytics, and a disciplined focus on margin improvement and cost reduction Organization Building.

  • Upgrade and develop the organization’s capabilities to enable profitable growth and achieve target ROI. Create an exceptional/ high profile local team by hiring, developing, and leading at all levels (and being a steward of Riveron’s culture)

Requirements

  • Strategic, motivated and intelligent executive with a strong results orientation and ability to translate strategy and vision into tangible operational and financial goals
  • Proven track record as a general manager with P&L responsibility; history of driving organic growth and value creation (increasing profit gross margin/ EBITDA)
  • Experience leading both direct and matrixed teams
  • Skills, experience and gravitas to build and growth the market effectively by providing inspirational leadership/ direction to the employees
  • Partners from Management Consulting, Accounting or other professional advisory firms or executive in other professional services business
  • Resourceful self-starter who is creative, adaptive, and adept in working in an environment of shifting priorities.
  • Partnering management style; strong positive-minded motivator.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes in the marketplace and act decisively by providing the strategic thinking, vision, and tactical leadership to achieve success.
  • Ability to take initiative and meet key responsibilities with minimal direction and oversight
  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of progressively senior experience, in including 8+ in specific market (connectivity to local services market)
  • An undergraduate degree is required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred
