The Financial Analyst will provide financial forecasts, help lead the annual budgeting process, and provide operating and financial variance analyses for Cash, Cash Flow, Capex, and IT.  The analyst will be key in ensuring that we optimize our capital investments and properly manage our cash.




Own cash and cash flow reporting, forecasting, and planning

Lead Capex budgeting, reporting and leadership review processes

Finance Business Partner for IT and Procurement … reporting, forecasting and planning

Utilizes credible and accessible data to help inform decisions

Collaborates with clients to measure results and collect incentive payments

Assesses opportunities to deliver greater value to the business

Aligns with Operations on cost accruals (billing details, vendor status, service levels, etc.)

Monitors cash position and partners with operations to ensure timely collection or receivables

Supports and challenges performance variances, forecasting processes and budget governance"


"Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis analyzing financial results/statements and developing budgets and forecasts. Basic accounting knowledge. Fundamental understanding of business operations; connects numbers to operational drivers Analytical and critical thinking skills. Effectively communicate results verbally and through financial analyses and other documents to all organizational levels. The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping pace with changing customer demands. Ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail. Ability to defend and express concepts effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Desired Qualifications: Oracle Cloud, Oracle BI, Oracle PBCS, and SmartView experience/proficiency CPA certified and/or experience in Public Accounting Working in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
