Description

 

As the Sr. Manager, Product Strategy at Venafi, you will be an integral part of defining and developing the strategic direction for one or more product lines in our portfolio.

  • You’ll become part of a close-knit, highly motivated and collaborative product management team that designs, develops and brings to market products that secure and protect the most important assets of the Global 2000 – their machine identities.
  • You’ll contribute directly and significantly to the future of the company by developing & refining product line business plans and working closely with technical product managers to evolve our roadmap to deliver on them.
  • You will collaborate with marketing, sales, services and support to ensure the success of these plans.

You’ll use your broad range of strategy and structured problem-solving skills to define, evolve and drive transformational change in the organization, and take Venafi to the next level of growth.

We’re looking for inherently curious, intelligent, out-of-the-box thinkers who are passionate about building highly successful enterprise software product lines. You will work closely with the VP of Products & Strategy on both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, and the Sr. Director of Product Management to develop and implement product line strategies and business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering 
  • Masters’ Degree in Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of management consulting experience Strategic thinker.
  • Exceptional structured problem-solving skills
  • Passion for building great software products, and businesses around them
  • Proven ability to quickly become an expert in specialized technical domains
  • The ability to excite and inspire others around a common goal Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Compelling with a wide range of audiences, from executives to technical practitioners Self-starter.
