riskmethods is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join the team in our Boston office!
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic player-coach that thrives in both talent management and sales leadership with the ability to execute on both short-term goals and a long-term vision. With 5+ years of experience spearheading an enterprise sales organization, you have increased revenue year over year and developed prosperous teams in a startup or high-growth environment. Reporting directly to one of the company’s founders and managing directors, your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth in North America through a combination of new logo acquisition and expansion within our customer base. You’ll inspire, mentor, and develop a team of sales executives, helping them improve close rates and assisting in the sales cycle when necessary.
Additionally, you will be charged with ownership of alliance partnerships to both influence our cycles and generate net-new opportunities. Long term, you will build a scalable sales function, primed for success and expansion. You’ll partner with our headquarters in Munich to align the NA sales strategy with the overall corporate objectives.
Finally, you will help us continue to build a positive and collaborative corporate culture and represent the values of riskmethods.
