KPMG rises to No. 8 on DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list

For the 11th consecutive year, KPMG has been recognized on DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity list, moving inside the top 10 in 2018. The DiversityInc list recognizes the nation's top companies for diversity and inclusion management and those that excel at hiring, retaining and promoting women, minorities, people with disabilities, LGBT+, and veterans.

“Inclusion is integral to all aspects of KPMG’s business strategy, and in particular, our ability to engage, motivate, and empower our people to achieve their full potential,” said KPMG Chief Diversity Officer Sue Townsen. “We’re pleased to once again be recognized by DiversityInc for our efforts, alongside other incredible companies that share our passion for inclusion and diversity.”

KPMG also ranked high on several of DiversityInc’s specialty lists:

  • No. 4 among the Top Companies for Diversity Councils
  • No. 5 among the Top Companies for Employee Resource Groups
  • No. 8 among the Top Companies for Mentoring
  • No. 10 among the Top Companies for Executive Women

And, for the second consecutive year, KPMG has been recognized among the Top Companies for LGBT Employees, which is not ranked.
