KPMG announced today that it has received a leader ranking among enterprise insights service providers in The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Insights Service Providers, Q3 2018.
Noted among four service providers standing out as “clear leaders,” KPMG is among those who deliver “comprehensive data and analytics services, effective insights-to-execution support and impressive partner ecosystems” and remains among those that represent “the top choices for strategic enterprise insights services partners,” the report’s authors state.
“With an eye beyond the business problem at hand, KPMG makes cultivating an insights-driven culture an explicit element of an engagement,” the report says, “Illustrating that commitment, [and] customer references confirm KPMG’s role in change management across organizations – both in discussions to bring executives and stakeholders onboard and in training on new tools and processes. Customers are happy with the results, reportedly achieving desired outcomes and exceeding expectations.”
“I believe this outstanding acknowledgement reflects the overall depth of our strengths in intelligent automation, data & analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities, and our commitment to forging collaborative, trusted and productive relationships with clients as they boldly pursue game-changing innovation and new heights of competitiveness,” said Brad Fisher, U.S. leader of Data & Analytics.
“Forrester’s recognition of us as a Leader among insights service provider is a major achievement for the Global Lighthouse Center of Excellence,” said Thomas Erwin, Head of KPMG Global Lighthouse Center of Excellence for Data & Analytics and Intelligent Automation. “We believe it is a testament to our ability to deliver clients market-leading, data-driven services and solutions rich in trusted insights and a path to successful execution.”
KPMG’s Integrated Global Structure
KPMG’s integrated global structure, combined with a strategy that focuses on partnering, ranked it among the 11 “most significant” enterprise insights service providers.
“KPMG has integrated three practices – integrated intelligent automation, data and analytics and AI – into its Lighthouse Center of Excellence (CoEs) and established permanent operations in all major KPMG countries,” the report states. KPMG’s technology strategy, it adds, is “to partner rather than invest heavily in technology.”
The report cites KPMG solutions such as its Intelligent Signaling Engine, as well as KPMG’s Flying Squads, which are helping to “ensure appropriate project scope” while setting client expectations up front.
